Brand Photoshoot for Financial Planner Anna Sergunina
Running a business is one thing, but running a business while taking care of a family is a whole other ball game. Financial Planner, Anna Sergunina, gave me a peek into her world as a professional and as a mother and wife. She works as CEO of MainStreet Financial Planning and helps clients make the best financial decisions for their future. Anna sought out my help to plan a photoshoot that would highlight every aspect of her life.
Before the photoshoot, we planned out some images that would showcase her as a financial planner who takes her job seriously, yet values her family. We started the day downtown in Burlingame where I shot some “lifestyle” images. This part of the photoshoot was focused on Anna’s day out on the town, as I captured some activities she would do when she is not at home or in the office. Of course some of her day to day activities are now restricted due to Covid, but I was still able to capture the general idea of what she would be doing. We shot in front of the beautifully decorated pink entrance at La Vie Nail Bar and Anna sat outside the popular coffee joint, Joe and The Juice. She strutted the streets in her red pumps with a confident smile on her face.
We then made our way to Anna’s home for the next part of the photoshoot. Here, I photographed Anna working at her desk with her laptop. She is in the process of starting a podcast, so I also got some great images of her with her podcast mic.
The last part of the photoshoot was focused on family. Anna wanted to incorporate her role as a wife and a mother, so her husband and son joined us for some of the shots. Not only was I able to photograph the passion Anna has for her career, but I captured the love she has for her family. The family grouped together for some images of them hanging out in the kitchen, as well as in their yard. Anna’s genuine admiration for her husband and her son beamed through these images. Photographing the different sides of Anna’s life turned out for a long but exciting day. I hope you enjoy these images of Anna!
